Privacy policy

Pexwear is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 8 October 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information and describes your data protection and privacy rights.

What is the legal basis for processing the data?

If you have made a purchase on our website or subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive marketing communications from us. Every marketing email we send includes an option to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can change your preferences by logging into your account online.

Managing your personal data

When you share your personal information with us, you have a right to expect it to be handled confidentially. We are responsible for managing the personal data you provide with care and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Whether you provide your personal details online, by phone, by email or in a letter, we will not use them without a lawful reason. We will use your personal data for the purposes for which it was requested, as explained in this Privacy Policy.

What data is being collected?

We only store the personal data you have provided. We do not store or see credit card information on our systems. Credit card transactions are processed using Stripe or PayPal.

Will the data be shared with any third parties?

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Using your personal data for direct marketing

Based on your marketing preferences, we use your email address, phone number and postal address to send you details of our latest products and promotions. We also use marketing profiling techniques to determine which product offers may interest you, whether we contact you by email, telephone, post or social media.

We hold your personal data for direct marketing purposes for two years from the date of your last purchase.

Email marketing

We would like to keep you informed about our latest products and promotions using the email address you provide. We use the information provided when you subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase online.

Direct mail

We may use your name and postal address to send you personalised marketing information by post. We have a legitimate business interest in sending you information about our products and offers, as many of our customers like to browse catalogues or offers before placing an order.

Social media

We use your email address to provide targeted marketing information about our products and promotions through social media platforms.

To do this, we share your email address securely with organisations such as Meta and Google, which match our advertising requirements to your social media profile.

We have a legitimate business interest in providing product information that we believe is relevant to you. This is known as interest-based advertising.

What rights do you have?

Right of access

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a subject access request. To make a request, email hello@pexwear.com.

Right to rectification

If any personal data we hold about you is incorrect, email hello@pexwear.com so we can correct it.

Right to erasure

You may request that your personal data be permanently deleted from our records and systems.

We will consider your request in light of the legal basis on which we hold and process your personal data and the purposes for which it was collected. Where applicable, we will carry out your request without undue delay.

To make a request, email hello@pexwear.com.

Right to restrict processing

If you believe we are processing your personal data in a way that you did not understand or agree to, and you wish to restrict that processing, email hello@pexwear.com.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Pexwear mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Pexwear (“Pexwear”, “we” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Pexwear’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Pexwear through your mobile network provider at the mobile number you supplied, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts and information, such as order updates and account alerts. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers and other marketing information, such as basket reminders.

You do not have to sign up for this programme to make a purchase. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing from Pexwear. Participation is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile network provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the keyword STOP in reply to a Pexwear message or click the unsubscribe link, where available, in a text message to cancel.

You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you.

If you have subscribed to other Pexwear mobile message programmes, you will need to opt out of each programme separately by following its instructions, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For support or assistance, email hello@pexwear.com.

We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service and will notify you of these changes. Messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a number or short code we have changed may not be received. We will not be responsible for honouring requests sent to those previous numbers or short codes.

The mobile network providers supporting the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you will need to sign up again using your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, errors in that information, or actions you take or do not take in reliance on the information or the Service.

We respect your right to privacy. For information about how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
